Let the machine "think" for itself, automatically find the best cutting solution on a large panel, and cut out the panels of various sizes we need quickly, accurately and economically. This technology that combines artificial intelligence, advanced algorithms and automated hardware is called intelligent cutting.

In order to realize this idea, REBON Smart Factory mainly uses three core technologies: Smart Labeling, Flexible CNC Cutting Technology, and Visual Picking.

The robot automatically identifies the position and labels each pre-cut area - this is the first step in intelligent cutting.

By labeling the best processing position, you can directly scan and locate it during cutting to avoid slight displacement or deformation, which may lead to cutting deviation.
In addition, it is also convenient for us to trace the entire production process, so as to achieve full tracking from raw material storage → intelligent cutting → finished product delivery.

The most important technology for intelligent cutting is flexible CNC cutting technology, which can achieve precise cutting of panels.
The accuracy of flexible CNC cutting technology is ±0.1mm, which is no more than the width of a hair.

The robot arm is also equipped with a powerful technology, namely visual inspection technology. It can intelligently pick up the panels and automatically straighten, move and correct the panels.
