REBON 4.0 Large-Scale Smart Factory is a modern factory integrating automation, intelligence and personalization. It covers an area of ​​173 acres and has a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is equipped with a series of intelligent equipment such as advanced automated production lines, automatic logistics distribution and warehousing systems, and intelligent manufacturing command systems. It can produce 200,000 sets of environmentally friendly customized cabinetry products annually and has the world's leading intelligent manufacturing capabilities. It is one of the most intelligent customized cabinetry factories in China and even the world.

REBON 4.0 smart factory, based on automated equipment and combined with the in-depth application of IoT technology, connects every workshop, every device, and every test result in the manufacturing process in real time.

In the end-to-end value chain, with the help of big data, digital twins and advanced visual inspection technology, it accelerates R&D, upgrades manufacturing processes and warehousing logistics models, shortens the R&D cycle by 40%, increases the order delivery cycle by more than 30%, increases production efficiency by more than 20%, and achieves customer satisfaction of more than 95%.

In terms of spatial layout, the REBON factory adopts a multi-layer three-dimensional structure design, scientifically divides functional areas such as production and warehousing, and the operation path is efficient and smooth.

The first floor is the panel home production line, which includes intelligent cutting, edge banding, drilling, sorting and packaging and other panel customized product production processes.

The second floor is equipped with water-based paint workshop, interior door production lines and a hardware accessories sorting center, which effectively enables various categories to work together without interfering with each other.

The factory also has an intelligent warehousing and logistics center, covering the panel warehouse and the finished product warehouse. It combines core functions such as intelligent warehousing, depalletizing and sorting, logistics loading and unloading to achieve efficient automated warehousing management and improve the accuracy and smoothness of product storage, warehousing and logistics.

As one of the core production lines of the smart factory, the panel home automation line integrates six key processes. Each link is led and operated by an intelligent system, reflecting the manufacturing capabilities of high integration, high automation rate and high-precision control.

⒈ Intelligent Panel Distribution Center

The RGV Cart accurately transmits the panels and synchronizes the raw material information, improving data accuracy. The Fully Automatic Loader operates at the fastest speed of 6 seconds per layer, with an accuracy rate of up to 99.99%, greatly improving production efficiency and accuracy.

⒉ Intelligent Cutting Center

Smart labeling uses automation and Internet of Things technology to give the panels an "identity card" to ensure that each panel is traceable.

Flexible CNC cutting technology enables precise cutting of large-sized plates, with unmanned operation throughout the entire process. Through precise data calculation, the error is strictly controlled to ±0.1mm, no more than the width of a hair.

⒊ Edge Banding Line Center

Fully automatic flexible edge banding connection technology, dual groups of 12 channels, 24 colors online at the same time, to achieve continuous processing of different orders.
The full servo edge banding machine ensures that the edge banding fits the edge of the board with 0.1mm precision.

The center can complete 35 meters of edge banding in 1 minute, and the fastest on one side takes only 2.4 seconds, achieving efficient and accurate edge banding processing.

⒋Intelligent Drilling Center

The parallel intelligent drilling equipment confirms the hole position accuracy, hole diameter quality, hole depth control, etc. through intelligent data interaction to ensure the consistency of drilling quality. It uses linear guides to restore 100% drilling accuracy.

Airflow washing + electrostatic dust removal effectively removes wood chips generated during the process, ensuring that the board is thoroughly clean.

⒌ Intelligent Sorting Center

The center has a total of 2,880 storage locations. Each group of book shelves is equipped with a robotic arm. The 1V1 module operates accordingly, and the books are flexibly sorted according to orders and packaging rules and automatically transported to the book shelves for temporary transfer.

By applying the complete set algorithm and intelligently analyzing different order requirements, 75 complete set tasks can be sorted at the same time, and the goods can be shipped out in sequence according to the packaging logic, with an accuracy rate of up to 100%.

⒍Intelligent Packaging Center

The algorithm for palletizing in perfect alignment is combined with the intelligent robot to achieve automatic palletizing in perfect alignment.

The paper trimmer can synchronously cut suitable cartons, and the 12-channel paper magazine can meet the needs of online automatic matching and cutting of multiple specifications, thereby improving paper utilization.

Intelligent equipment can package accurately and quickly, and it only takes 1 minute to seal 60 pieces.

The intelligent warehousing and logistics center of REBON Factory has achieved automated storage and distribution of the panel warehouse and finished product warehouse through intelligent material upgrades. The automated storage and retrieval equipment is efficient and accurate, and the intelligent scheduling system reduces manual intervention, ensuring fast and accurate delivery and improving supply chain efficiency.

The warehouse center uses the WMS warehouse management system and data analysis function to monitor inventory in real time and reduce overstocking and out-of-stock situations. Data shows that inventory turnover time has been shortened by 30%.
