What kinds of materials does REBON cabinets use for doors?

Substrate: MDF/Plywood/Particle board/Solid Wood.

How could you guarantee the quality?

We won't begin production until you confirm the final drawing. And we have strict quality checking processes. Every procedure, must go through by the quality inspection test before moving on to the next one, otherwise it will be rejected. Any finished product will go through at least quality checking for 3 times. You are welcomed to visit our factory and we can send our products for you to confirm.

The first step is preparing your kitchen layout and telling us your requirements. Our sales will guide you in the rest steps.
What information are needed for getting a quote?

Kitchen cabinet dimensions or kitchen layout.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our company located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, which is only 10 minutes away from Hangzhou airport by car. All our clients from home and abroad are warmly welcome to visit us.
How should I order your products? Kitchen for example.

Step 1: Send us your kitchen layout or house plan with dimensions.
Step 2: Inform us your requirements and appliances you will put in kitchen
Step 3: Choose a kitchen style and our designer will make CAD drawing to confirm design, this may last several times until you satisfy.
Step 4: Quotation after confirmed design and all materials.
Step 5: Confirm quotation and drawing.
Step 6: Make deposit before production and we will keep you informed.
You make customized cabinet or standard cabinet?

We accept both customized cabinet or standard cabinet.
Can I print our message on the packaging?

Yes, please send us your artwork, printing charge is subject to the order quantity. Some are free of charge.
Can we produce the kitchen cabinet according to customer's room size?

All our kitchen cabinets are customizable, at the same time Rebon offers free and professional kitchen cabinet design, quick quote for you.
What kitchen style can you supply?

We can supply europran style kitchen cabinet, kitchen can be lacquer finish, solid wood finish, laminate finish, you can check our home page for more styles.
How could you guarantee your price is favorable?

Our products are factory-direct supply. And we have efficient sales team to lower down our cost.
Can you send your price list?

We would like to give an idea about price for your reference, please send us your floor plan to get a custom price.
What kinds of payment term do you do?

Normally we accept T/T, 30% deposit should be paid before production, and balance paid before shipping.
How about the samples?

We can provide the color samples but the freight is charged.
What's MOQ?

Our MOQ is One full 20’ft container.
Delivery time?

Depends on materials and QTY, normally it will be 35-45days.
Have you done projects in my country?

We have supplied cabinets for more than 1000 projects from the world. Project cases are in different countries.
There are some panels missing when we doing the installation onsite.

1. Check all cartons to make sure the panels are missing
2. Tell us the cabinet No. of missing panels
3. We will check the loading list to see if it is forgot to load
4. If it is missing during shipping, we’ll make replacements ASAP.
Something missing or damaged during my delivery, what should I do?

Take a photo for the damage items and feel free to contact us.
Why the cabinet doors are out-of-level?

1. Adjust the hinge to solve this problem
2. Check if the cabinet is placed horizontally
Why the drawer slide cannot work smoothly?

Check if the drawer slides install in same level, both height and depth.
What kind of cabinet hardware we could choose?

We have international brand like Blum, Hettich and Hafele for customers, and have some domestic brand like DTC, Higold. You could choose as your market requirement.
Do you supply kitchen accessories like sink, cutlery, pull-outs etc. together with kitchen cabinets?

Yes, we could provide those together with kitchen cabinets if you need.
What kind of wardrobe hardware you used for your wardrobes?

We mostly use international brand like Blum and Hettich for wardrobes, and also could use other brand as customers ' requirements.
What's your frequently-used hardware?

Most of our hardware use import BLUM, Hettich and DTC.
