First, don't choose inferior panles

Poor quality panels are prone to formaldehyde exceeding the standard.  The quality of the material determines the quality of the cabinet. Except for the panel, the edge sealing and glue all need to be treated in order to ensure the environmental protection of the cabinet.  Also, the kitchen is the place that comes into contact with the most water. The material cannot be waterproof, and once damaged, it also hurts.

Second, pay attention to the thickness of the cabinet carcass

The cost varies greatly with the thickness of the cabinet body plate. The cost of 18mm thick plate is 7% higher than that of 16mm thick plate.  The service life of cabinets made of 18mm thick plates can be more than doubled to ensure that the door panel will not deform and the worktop will not crack.

Third, whether the cabinet is an independent

The whole series of cabinets will affect the fastness, so consumers should ask clearly when customizing the whole cabinet, the difference in service life and stability between the two is 2-3 times, and the difference in cost is 5%.

Four, ask the quality of countertop

Suitable materials for kitchen countertops include fire-proof board, quartz stone, natural marble, granite, stainless steel, etc. Among them, quartz stone countertops are the most affordable.  Cheap tabletop calcium carbonate is high in composition and easy to crack.

Five, hardware quality affects the overall quality

Hardware on the cabinet is the most important part of the whole kitchen, which directly affects the overall quality of the cabinet.  At present, the quality of hardware has become an important yardstick to distinguish cabinets.

Last, cabinet shape

Cabinets vary in shape and are commonly found in straight, L-shaped, U-shaped and island cabinets.  Consumers must actually determine the shape and layout of cabinets according to the direction of kitchen space when customizing cabinets.  L-shaped cabinets are now commonly used and are ideal for small spaces.  In this way, the ideal working triangle can be obtained by dividing the working area between two walls connected.  Stoves, sinks, disinfection cabinets and refrigerators have worktops between each workstation to prevent spills and overcrowding.
