Material Recommendation of Mainstream Integral Cabinet

The integral cabinet can ultimized make the kitchen space, put more kitchen utensils and food used in cooking, etc., make the kitchen appear clean and tidy, and is also the most commonly used furniture in the kitchen. So what material is better for your ?

1. Solid wood cabinet

Solid wood board is divided into solid wood composite board, pure solid wood board and solid wood veneer.  Pure solid wood boards have higher requirements on the consistency of wood species, and are natural, luxurious and classic in whole, with good decorative effect but relatively high price.  The solid wood composite board takes solid wood splicing material as a base material, and the surface of the solid wood composite board is pasted with solid wood skins, so that the visual effect of solid wood can be achieved;  The solid wood veneer is a double veneer on the surface of the MDF.  Solid wood composite panels and solid wood veneer panels can avoid chromatic aberration and defects of surface raw materials, achieve consistent texture and color effects, are not easy to deform, and have relatively low price but relatively weak quality.  In general, among all the cabinet materials, solid wood board has better texture, but its price is higher.

2. PVC board cabinet

PVC board is pressed on the surface of the base material by vacuum pumping with PVC, which can have three-dimensional modeling. Due to the overall coating, it has better waterproof and moisture-proof performance, and has a variety of colors and lines to choose from.  However, the surface is easy to scratch and knock, and the high temperature resistance is relatively poor.

3. Paint board cabinet

Paint boards are divided into paint baking class and polyester paint class.  Baking varnish is composed of resin and additives, which can be polished.  Polyester paint uses paint spraying technology without baking, and the surface is matt without polishing. What matters is firmness and adhesion.  Good polyester paint falls off in powder form, while ordinary products fall off badly.

4. Melamine board cabinet

Melamine board is a refractory board pasted on the surface of particleboard or MDF with melamine, and its extended variety is covered with metal frame at the edge.  Similar to fire-proof plate, it has the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc.
