The advantages of traditional lacquered door panels are bright color and strong visual impact.  Disadvantages are high technical requirements and high rejection rate, so the price remains high.

The new UV baking paint door panel production equipment and technology adopts advanced production mode from abroad. For the first time, German automobile baking paint technology has been successfully introduced into cabinet panel production technology, with high baking paint efficiency.

The gloss and fullness of the coating surface are high, the mirror effect is clearer and the coating adhesion is strong, and five breakthroughs in cabinet technology are realized:

First, it has high surface hardness, strong anti-aging ability and long service life.

Second, the surface can effectively prevent acid and alkali corrosion.

Third, the surface is bright and clean without small scales, which fully shows the perfection of the technology.

Fourth, it has strong anti-ultraviolet ability and is not easy to fade.

Fifth, the product has good environmental protection effect.

As the surface of the panel manufactured by the technology is smooth and airtight, the volatilization of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene inside the panel can be effectively prevented, and the product can reach international environmental protection standards.

Compared with the traditional baking varnish, the new UV baking varnish has another significant advantage. The traditional lacquer uses higher temperature to heat the wood board to solidify the paint. But  the wood has a certain moisture content, the wood board is easy to deform when heated and difficult to recover after deformation, resulting in waste and high cost, and has high requirements on the quality of the wood board substrate.

However, the new UV lacquer can avoid the defects of the traditional lacquer, and has the characteristics of cold-temperature curing, 3-second fast curing and the like, so that the quality requirement of the plate can be reduced, and any plate substrate can produce qualified UV door panels.
