Lacquer finish cabinets refer to cabinet door panels made of environmentally friendly substrates (such as density boards, multi-layer boards) as the embryo, and are made through multiple processes such as grinding, primer, baking, topcoat, and high-temperature curing. Its surface is as smooth as a mirror and has high color saturation, making it one of the mainstream choices for modern high-end kitchens.

core advantages

Unique Appearance
It can achieve high gloss, matte, metallic paint and other effects, support Pantone color card customization, and meet the needs of light luxury, minimalism and other styles.

Super Durability
After high-temperature curing, the lacquer finish hardness can reach 2H-3H (pencil hardness tester), resistant to oil, acid and alkali, and easier to clean the kitchen.

Environmental Upgrade
High-quality factories use water-based UV paint, and the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³ (far exceeding the national standard E1 level), which can be used safely by mothers and babies.

Waterproof and Moisture-proof
The paint surface completely seals the substrate, which is more moisture-proof than the blister board, and is suitable for coastal or high-humidity areas (such as bathroom cabinets).

Customization-friendly
It can process special-shaped door panels (arcs, bevels, etc.), match embedded home appliances, and achieve seamless kitchen design.

Common misunderstandings

❌ Myth 1: "Lacquer = easy to crack"

Truth: Cracking is mostly caused by inferior substrates or substandard workmanship. Regular factories will use moisture-proof density boards + elastic primers to buffer thermal expansion and contraction.

❌ Myth 2: "Glossy Lacquer is not resistant to dirt"

Truth: High-gloss surfaces are actually easier to clean, and fingerprint problems can be solved by anti-fingerprint coating technology (standard for high-end models).

❌ Myth 3: "All paints are the same"

Truth: Cheap lacquer finish may omit the sanding/curing steps, resulting in orange peel texture and bubbles. High-quality lacquer finish require 8-12 processes to complete.

Maintenance Guide

Cleaning: Use soft cotton cloth + neutral detergent, avoid steel wool.

Protection: Avoid long-term direct sunlight (may cause color difference).

Repair: Minor scratches can be treated with car polish wax, deep damage needs to be returned to the factory for repainting.
