60 Employees Of REBON Successfully Obtained The Certificate Of Vocational Skill Level

In June, 2021, Hangzhou Rebon Cabinets Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as the first batch of pilot enterprises for vocational skill level identification in 2021 through the evaluation meeting organized by the government human resources examination training and skill appraisal center.

Recently, 60 employees of the company successfully obtained vocational skill level certificates, including 37 furniture designers and 23 manual carpenters, which greatly improved the quality and level of skilled talents in enterprises, provided talent support for high-quality development of enterprises, and provided guarantee for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.

In this assessment training, based on deep insight into the home furnishing industry and design industry, REBON is equipped with professional teachers and systematic courses, adopts the training and assessment method of "theory plus practice", and strictly follows the requirements of the pilot enterprise work implementation guide to ensure that the skill evaluation is fair, just and effective.
