Q1. How about your package?

A: REBON usually uses two methods for kitchen cabinet packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the other is fully assembled. As to the glass and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid breakage in transit.

 

Q2. What Can I do if I am so busy and don't have much time to wait your reply?
A: You'll have professional sales consultant to be at your service. We can set up phone call & video call to discuss with you about the design and details. The time can be up to you to save your waiting time.

 

Q3. Does REBON has installation and after sales service?
A：If you have need assistance about how to install kitchen cabinets, we will instruct step by step until installation succeed. Or if anything broken in the delivery, you can take a photo to us, we will make a new part for you for free.

 

Q4. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment.
