PVC Membrane Kitchen Cabinetry

PVC membrane kitchen cabinetry finish consist of laminate or melamine bonded to a medium-density fiberboard core. These strong and decorative covers withstand high-traffic areas, such as a busy kitchen. 

PRESSED AND MOLDED

Thermofoil is made from PVC, a versatile polymer. This semi-rigid membrane laminates flat or engraved through a membrane press or vacuum press. The heat and pressure bonding process creates a sturdy finish. Applying a vacuum or positive pressure to the laminate and substrate materials creates a three-dimensional product that does not diminish natural wood resources.

DURAL AND LOW MAINTANANCE

A thermofoil cover offers a durable and less-expensive alternative to wood cabinets. Thermofoil offers resistance to stains, corrosion, ultraviolet rays and scratches. These low-maintenance PVC membrane kitchen cabinetry wipe clean with a damp cotton cloth or nonabrasive sponge and a mild dish soap. No wood polish is required on this synthetic material. A high-quality MDF substrate withstands humidity and temperature fluctuations. Thermofoil offers more resistance to moisture, unlike older cabinets with a deteriorating lacquer finish that flakes and discolors in areas with higher humidity, such as near sinks and dishwashers.

Flat Package: as economic choice for kitchen cabinet before shipping. It's lower in cost and smaller on whole package size. When flat package finished, we add wooden frame ouside the box, damage reduced as much as possible.

Assemble Package: is more reliable on damage reduction.Each cabinet be completed before filled into a hard plywood box, and easier for installation after the package received. Meanwhile each cabinet will be shipping marked based on the final drawing. so please carefully confirmed the drawing before production to ensure an easily fitted installation.

Countertop Package: Plywood Box Package

We usually use Plastic Film to package countertop first to reduce risks during the delivery and then we will use plywood box package to strengthen production.

    Step 6: Make deposit before production, then we will arrange production.
