Q1. How to install the polyvinyl chloride kitchen cabinet?
A: REBON goods' packing is flat packing or assemble packing. And all products structure is international standard so as long as you can get well experience workers who had assembled the flat packing goods, it will be very easy for them to finish the installations. Also, if there is any assistance you need, pls take photos or video, our engineer will be happy to help you solve any problem of installations.
Q2. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
A: Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detail information.
Q3. How is your Quality Control?
A: -Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/ fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
-Every product quality checked before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Q4. How can I get quotation and make order?
A: Send us your kitchen dimensions and requests (or send you plan), we will make the design and then quote exactly cost. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
