Thermofoil consists of a center section of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and a solid vinyl exterior that is glued and heat-sealed onto the MDF. Thermofoil comes in many colors, styles, and finishes. The material can even be made to look just like solid wood, but without the fading and warping that is possible with true wood.

Q2. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Any unfixable quality problems caused by factory, we will responsible for them, like door crakes ,miss panels, wrong size etc, we will remake it without any terms, if time is enough, hope clients can ship them together with next container.
Q3. How about the sample rule?
A: We offer you free samples as your requirements. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you. When you place the order, we will return it back to you. In the next cooperation, we will be in charge of it.
Q4. How could I check the quality?
A: Your guys and QC is welcome to do inspection in factory. Or start an video meeting with our sales. REBON always do self-inspection and take photos of each cabinets/each dimensions/each details.
