Rebon's SM Series textured melamine cabinet doors feature nearly invisible glue lines. Our Homag edge banding machines use less adhesive while achieving better penetration without compromising bond strength. PUR (polyurethane) adhesive offers six times greater moisture resistance than EVA adhesives and cures more quickly. PUR adhesive contains no fillers, creating a tight seam, and its transparency allows it to pair seamlessly with edge banding materials of almost any color. This superior edge banding process also makes these doors more resistant to heat, moisture, and cracking.
