Q. Can I get a free sample before ordering?
A: We would like to provide sample before your ordering but not free, after you make order to us, the sample fee will return to you. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
Q. How do you control the quality?
A: Our quality control team will check the size of the cabinet based on the final drawing and the cutting size of the cabinet panel. Before packaging, we will also check the quality of door finishes (especially the quality of lacquered kitchen doors) and the quality of edge bands.
Q. What is your payment items?
A: Normally, we accept 30% total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery, also if you have any other suggestion, please contact us.
Q. Can you help me install the cabinet?
A: We do not have overseas installer, but we can discuss and find ways to support you. Free installation guide is provided.
