Q1. How to make an order?
1. Send us your drawings, measurements or BOQ;

2. Discuss about designs, materials and estimate cost;

3. We work out CAD&3D drawings for your confirmation;

4. You confirm the order and arrange deposit to us.

5. Production process and QC checking;

6. Balance payment and shipping arranging.

Q2. How long does the delivery time usually take?
A: Generally speaking, we can complete the production within 35-45 days after conforming the order, but the specific needs depend on the actual situation.

Q3. How do you control the quality?
A: We have our own QC team. Each product will check and take photos before packing.

Q4. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we conform the problem.
