Q1. How to proceed an order for kitchen cabinet?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application;

Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions;

Thirdly customer confirms the all details and places deposit for formal order;

Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q2. How do you control the quality? 

A: Our quality control team will check the size of the cabinet based on the final drawing and the cutting size of the table. Before packaging, we will also check the quality of door finishes (especially the quality of lacquered kitchen doors) and the quality of edge bands. 

Q3. Can you help me install the cabinet? 

A: We do not have overseas installer, but we can discuss and find ways to support you. Free installation guide is provided.

Q4. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Any unfixable quality problems caused by factory, we will responsible for them, like door crakes, miss panel, wrong size etc, we will ramake it without any terms, if time is enough, hope clients can ship them together with next container, if really need it very urgent we will pay the freight.
